Jessica Granados
When a patient or anyone else at Epic Dental has a question about billing or insurance, they ask Jessica Granados—and for good reason. She is professionally trained in billing and coding and has been working in the dental field for over 7 years. Those skills, in conjunction with her friendly and approachable demeanor, make her a top-notch Patient Coordinator.
Jessica loves helping people. Whether it’s fielding patient inquiry or making them feel comfortable and cared for when they arrive, she knows her role is all about demystifying the process for patients and giving them the most positive experience possible. Jessica aims to make patients feel like family when they come to our practice. She’s great at making a visit feel more personal by following up on things discussed previously, whether its about a treatment option, new pet, or a family vacation!
Born and raised in Brockton, MA, Jessica currently lives there with her spouse and two daughters. She loves to spend time with her family, curl up with a good book, or whip up a delicious meal when she isn’t at work. Jessica is fluent in Spanish.
