At Epic Dental, we believe in minimizing the use of X-rays in pediatric dentistry, so our policy is to use X-rays conservatively and judiciously. We only recommend dental X-rays only when they are deemed absolutely necessary after careful review of your child’s unique situation. We utilize digital X-ray technology which is designed to use a minimal amount of radiation and is focused to a very specific area, greatly limiting exposure. Ultimately, our focus is the individual need and safety of every child.
