Iveliz Primas
As a Patient Coordinator at Epic Dental, Iveliz Primas’ priority is making sure each patient who comes into our practice feels welcome, comfortable, and taken care of. Whether that means sharing a smile, assisting with forms and insurance, or answering a question they might have about their treatment, Iveliz always puts patients’ needs first. In her own words, Iveliz’ goal is to “make them feel awesome” before they leave their appointment.
Iveliz has over 16 years of medical experience and is trained as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant. So, she understands the importance of personalized patient care in the healthcare field. Since joining the Epic Dental team, she has enjoyed learning the ins and outs of dentistry as well as forming relationships with our wonderful patients—especially the kids.
Iveliz is recently married and lives with her husband and their English Bulldog, King. In her free time, she loves decorating her house, shopping, and spending time with family. She also loves traveling to Puerto Rico and other places with warm, sunny weather and clear blue water. Iveliz is fluent in both English and Spanish.
