Even though you have braces or a retainer, you can still participate in your favorite sports. The Epic Dental orthodontic team recommends that you wear a mouth guard for all sports you participate in to protect your teeth and your braces. We also strongly recommend wearing mouth guards that are designed to be worn with braces. At Epic Dental, we can provide mouth guards that are braces-friendly. Please let one of the dedicated members of our orthodontic team know if you are interested in getting a mouth guard.
